Personalized orders require preparation time before shipping. We recommend ordering ahead of your event date so there's plenty of time for personalization, production and delivery.
You'll be able to provide your event details when ordering, helping us prepare your favors with your celebration in mind.
Because personalized items are created specifically for your event, they cannot normally be returned for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your personalization, please contact us so we can help.
