Because our products are custom-made and fragile, please read the policy below carefully.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind

Incorrect choice of scent, colour, or style

Sale items

Custom or bulk orders

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
✨ Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packaging our candles.
However, if your item arrives damaged:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

We will review and offer either:

A replacement, or
-
A refund (case-by-case).

We cannot offer replacements/refunds if photos or proof are not provided.
✨ Incorrect Orders
If we send you the wrong item by mistake, we will:

Replace the item at no cost to you, or

Provide a refund.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.
✨ Custom & Bulk Orders

All custom and bulk orders (weddings, showers, events, etc.) are non-refundable.

Once approved by the customer, we begin production immediately — no cancellations.
✨ Lost or Delayed Parcels

We are not responsible for delays once the parcel is handed to the courier.

If a parcel is lost, we will assist in lodging a claim with the courier.
✨ Return Shipping
If a return is approved (rare cases), the customer is responsible for:

Returning the item in its original condition

Paying return shipping costs
