We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect orders, or personal preference.

Please make sure all details are correct before confirming your purchase.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:


  • Wrong scent, color, or design chosen by the customer

  • Incorrect address provided

  • Order placed by mistake

  • Change of mind after ordering

  • Slight color or size differences (due to handmade nature)

  • Delays caused by customs or couriers

📦 Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, we will gladly assist you.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:


  • Clear photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Your order number

After review, we may offer:

🚫 Used or Burned Items

For safety and hygiene reasons:

We do not accept returns or refunds on used, burned, or altered candles.

📍 Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery:


  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees

  • Refunds will not be issued

⏳ Order Cancellations


  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After 12 hours, production begins and cancellation is not possible

Custom orders cannot be canceled once production has started.
